CrossFit Endurance (CFE) is the new standard in endurance sports training that utilizes the fundamentals of: strength & conditioning, interval training and stamina to enhance performance in endurance competitions. CFE combines all 10 elements of conditioning/ fitness along with sports-specific programming to create an athlete that is more powerful, faster and can recover quicker.
Make no doubt, our program is not easy. But we believe the journey is part of making the results more rewarding. Our design is to maximize you as an athlete and to elevate your fitness. Our commitment to you is that we will coach, inspire, lead and educate with care, sincerity and a relentless motivation to finally get you where you want to go!
We have lives, families and commitments and deep down we want to finish that ironman, marathon...the half or tackle that sprint tri with confidence. We want that 26.2 sticker on the back windshield and we want to be part of the small group of athletes that can say "I did it!"
Our methods reduce training time, which will preserve your strength and maintain your overall health and well-being, allowing you to meet your endurance goals and still have time for a life outside of your sport.
