ON-RAMP COURSE

An introductory program designed to teach CrossFit fundamentals. The program consists of 6 classes, each lasting 1 hour and is held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:30pm. On-Ramp begins on the 2nd Monday of each month and is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.   A free, 2 week membership is provided upon completion of the course.

INDIVIDUAL MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP (Unlimited)

Designed for the individual looking for a no-strings plan with flexibility. The month-to-month program requires no contract and can be cancelled by providing 2 weeks notice.  

$120.00 per month plus tax. Discounts where applicable.

INDIVIDUAL ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP (Unlimited)

When you’re ready to commit, great things happen. And by doing so we offer a discount to those athletes wishing to commit to 1 year of CrossFit.

$100.00 per month plus tax. Discounts where applicable.

FAMILY ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP (Unlimited)

Not alone? The annual family plan is a great way to save money so we’re going to need some proof. Spouses, brothers and sisters, sons and daughters are all welcome to join. The family annual membership does not apply to the CrossFit Kids program. 

$80.00 per month, per person, plus tax. Discounts not offered.

PAID-IN-FULL 6 MONTH MEMBERSHIP (Unlimited)

Want to commit but not for 1 year? This offering caters to individuals who are willing to purchase a 6 month membership up-front. Recurring billing is not offered with this program.  

$500.00 per person, plus tax. Discounts not offered.

CROSSFIT KIDS MEMBERSHIP

Do you have kids between the ages of 6 and 12 years? CrossFit Kids is a great way to get kids fit and ready for any challenge. All CrossFit Kids Coaches are Certified by CrossFit, Inc. and must pass annual background checks. Kids classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30pm. General Public

$90.00 per month, per child, plus tax. Discounts where applicable.

$75.00 per month, per child, plus tax. Discounts where applicable.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Are you looking to improve your fitness in a certain area? Do you have sport-specific goals? We are pleased to offer personal fitness training sessions for individuals who are looking for 1:1 coaching, for any reason.  

$50.00 per hour. Discounts not offered. By appointment only.

In keeping with that tradition, we recognize that some professions require a heightened state of readiness. Therefore we offer discounts to those who qualify. Discounts are not offered for all programs and are subject to terms and conditions. All rates are subject to change.

CrossFit Sandstorm provides unlimited attendance with each membership, unless otherwise specified. This does not preclude trainer recommendations based upon individual ability, injury, sport-specific goals or other personal or environmental variables that may impact your ability to exercise.
