60% x 3 reps x 1 set
70% x 2 reps x 1 set
80% x 6 reps x 5 sets
B. Mandatory Instructor-Lead Mobility:
1. After back squats, choose one:
Recovery Row (800m) or Slow Jog (400m)
NOTES: Please focus on your recovery. You must complete 30 reps at 80% and cooldown is mandatory. In addition, some are taking part in the Hero WOD Murph and this will aid in recovery. Also focus on nutrition and sleep Friday if Murph is in your near future.
We do not archive WODs on this site. The workout may or may not be different for Fitness and Performance. Please note that our coaches may adjust the WODs as needed based on unforseen circumstances.
We encourage each athlete to keep a log and track progress and goals. This could be in the form of an app or as simple as a notebook.
Each evening upon the completition of the final class, a photo of the whiteboard will be taken and posted to our facebook wall for your reference.
